Verificator

of corporate ownership structures and beneficial owners

You are an INSTITUTION

How can PUBLIC INSTITUTIONS use the Verificator?

PUBLIC INSTITUTION can use the Verificator for disclosure of ownership structure of a selected company on the basis of information from public sources. At the same time, it can use the Verificator for verification whether an ownership structure of a chosen company, for example, from a register of beneficial owners, is disclosed sufficiently so that is can serve as a basis for further acts like delivery of a licence.

PUBLIC INSTITUTION can use the Verificator for free for an unlimited period of time until it reaches its data storage limit set out in Disclosure Terms & Conditions. Once reached, public institution can ask the company which it disclosed to get certified via CERTIFIX so that additional data storage limit can be freed for the public institution. Or the public institution can start paying for the additional data storage space according to the currently valid Pricelist.
